Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CHRO will lead all aspects of human resources strategy for a workforce of approximately 5,000 employees across a complex healthcare environment. This role goes far beyond traditional HR leadership — it is about building culture, strengthening leadership, elevating the employee experience, and driving organizational performance through people.
The ideal leader will bring a balance of strategic vision and operational excellence, with the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization while fostering trust across a highly diverse workforce.
What You’ll Lead
- Enterprise-wide HR strategy aligned with organizational growth and operational goals
- Labor and employee relations, including collective bargaining negotiations
- Talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning
- Culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives
- Compensation, benefits, compliance, policy development, and HR operations
- Learning, coaching, and performance management programs
- Cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
- Senior HR leadership experience within a large, complex organization
- Strong background in labor relations and workforce strategy
- Experience leading organizational change and culture initiatives
- Executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Deep knowledge of HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and leadership development
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on and highly collaborative

Compensation: $284,750 – $382,250
