He has served as a National Examiner for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, National Institute of Standards and Technology, U.S. Department of Commerce. Dr. Selioutski is a member of Vistage International, a CEO advisory group. He is routinely called upon to evaluate the strength and quality of strategic plans, operations, talent acquisition, and management plans by organizations ranging from healthcare, higher education, and research institutions, to engineering, manufacturing, and professional services firms. As the Chief Quality Officer for Triad Academic Search, Dr. Selioutski takes an active role in evaluating leadership, faculty, and clinical candidates for consistency in quality, compliance, and ethics. Maureen Hammett, MS

Maureen came to leadership coaching as a natural complement to a long and varied career in leadership roles in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Her approach is one of support and encouragement, creating a relationship with her clients that allows them to explore their capacity for growth and learning to maximize their professional potential. Her “champion” coaching style is reflective of the supervisory style that served her well over many years in leading both individuals and teams.
Maureen serves as the Vice Dean & Chief of Staff for the School of Social Work at the University at Buffalo (UB), a position she has held for 7 years. In this leadership/operations role, Maureen serves as the Dean’s right-hand person, helping to run and manage the school. She aids in dealing with overall operations, staff supervision, budget review and oversight, quality improvement, communications, special projects, and a host of other tasks/initiatives. Additionally, Maureen also serves as a coach to MBA students enrolled in the UB School of Management’s LeaderCORE development program.
Previously, Maureen worked for eight years in a variety of consulting, sales and sales management roles at RuffaloCODY (now Ruffalo Noel Levitz), a leading provider of fundraising and enrollment management solutions and services to the higher education community. Prior to her corporate career, Maureen served in various roles at the University at Buffalo over the course of 13+ years. During this time, she was involved in both fundraising and undergraduate admissions. Maureen started her career as a teacher in the Williamsville, NY district.
